To make warts, knead a clump of clay or play dough into a ball, and put it on a glass plate, blending the bottom of the ball into the plate just so there is a flat surface under the ball - not too thin, not too thick. Pour liquid latex over this and allow to dry over night. When dried, peel the latex from the play dough or clay and paint the big ball (what's left of it - not the flat surface, which is the part that sticks to you) brown. Moles may be maid this way. You could add little bristles from a toothbrush, etc., into the wart for a hairy wart. Too much bristles will ruin the effect - use about three or four.

To make black heads, simply place a toothpick in black makeup and dot one time the toothpick over a skin pore. To give the blackhead a raised effect, you may wish to surround it with a very thin circle touching the black.

To make pimples, using an eyedropper, drop one dot of liquid latex on a glass plate. You may wish to make a few together since pimples are usually together, and small. If you prefer, add some red to the pimple or paint only the pimples a pinkish color. You could be more gross and make them match other colors pimples may have.

To make zits, make a small ball the shape of a zit with clay or play dough the same way you did with making warts. Pour liquid latex over this - all on a glass plate - and let sit overnight. Peel the latex from the clay or play dough, and paint the ball white (but light to match that of a zit), and paint around the base of the ball just before the flat surface with a pink color.

Freckles may be made by simply dotting medium brown dots, lightly, with a Q-tip on the desired area, together as much as possible without blending in with the other dots as much as possible.
